Build my challenge prompt

Six questions · One challenge · A week that fits your life

One meaningful goal

A hike, run, ruck, ride, or another outdoor challenge.

A balanced week

Goal-specific cardio, whole-body strength, and recovery.

A shared commitment

At least one companion and a Sunday reflection habit.

Start with intention

What worthwhile challenge
is calling your name?

Answer each question to create a prompt you can take to your preferred AI tool. This page builds the prompt; your AI helps you develop and adjust the plan.

Your choices stay in this page. Nothing you enter is submitted or saved by this tool. Use a relationship or first name for your companion. Share only the limitations needed to guide training, not private medical details. Copying the prompt lets you choose when and where to share it.
01 What is your challenge, and why does it matter?

Choose one goal. Your timeline includes preparing for and completing the challenge.

02 Where are you starting today?

Start with what you can comfortably do now, rather than where you hope to be.

03 What commitment fits your life?

Include warm-up, strength, cardio, and cool-down in your time budget. Available days can include easy activity and recovery.

04 How would you like to train?

Choose one to four cardio activities. Your plan will balance these preferences with the demands of your challenge.

What strength equipment can you use? Choose at least one.

Weighted walking is optional. It does not replace whole-body strength training. Your AI should consider suitability and experience before suggesting a load.

05 Who will share the challenge with you?

Connection is part of the commitment. Identify at least one person. If you have not invited them yet, that can be your first step.

Shared effort does not require identical workouts. Each person’s plan should fit their own capacity.

06 When will you reflect and reset?

Each Sunday, notice what happened, choose what matters next, and place the coming week’s training into your calendar.

Assess your effort and recovery. Reflect on what you learned and how you connected. Reset your priorities and training windows. Field Compass is in its pilot phase. There is no automatic calendar or Field Compass integration; practice this weekly habit in your own calendar now.

How much detail would you like?

Choose how your AI presents the plan. Every option keeps the training essentials, safety guidance, connection, and Sunday reflection.

The AE approach

The reward is more
than the finish.

Angel’s Landing captures the value of preparing for a worthwhile challenge and sharing the effort with someone who matters.

Your Sunday practice

Assess. Reflect. Reset.

  1. What did I do, and how did I feel?
  2. What did I learn, and how did we connect?
  3. What will I prioritize next week?

Use time blocks as a guide. Adjust with your life, your recovery, and your goal.

This tool creates an educational planning prompt, not a medical assessment, fitness clearance, or guarantee of readiness. An AI-generated plan does not establish route safety or technical skill. Discuss relevant health concerns or recent injuries with a qualified professional before increasing training demands.
